India will new second big market of solar?

In February 2015, the Government of India announced an ambitious renewable energy development plan according to the plan, the Government of India plans to build 175Gw renewable energy generation facilities by 2022 through photovoltaic (100Gw), wind (60Gw), small hydro (5Gw) and bio power The Government of India announced that as of September 1 this year, about 22% of it was achieved but more than half by the wind power plants

Relatively slow solar power generation is accelerating this year. The Government of India will allocate volumes for 20.6Gw of photovoltaic power plants
through competitive bidding (Auction)
in the fiscal year 2017-2018 (from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018)In addition, we plan to launch competitive bidding for 30GW of volume each next year and next yearThrough competitive bidding that started in May of this year,
some solar power plant plans have already signed up to PPAFor the remaining volume, there will be a competitive bidding
for 3Gw next month, 3Gw in January next year, 5Gw in February,
and 6Gw in March Too rapid expansion of the Indian PV market is worry for demage of business sucess and the further of solar expand in India

Example is SBC cleantech who is joint venture with Softbank & India local company
Friday of the last week 24th SBC has signed PPA for his 300Mw solar farm
by 2.45 Indian Rupees / Kw (this is below USD 5 cent/Kg)This amount is surprising, but Indian company Acme solar has signed a PPA contract for a 200Mw solar farm at 2.44 Indian Rupees / Kw India has no other subsidies for renewable energy

So far, the Indian government has ambitiously pursuing renewable energy policies,
therefore domestic and foreign investors are exploring investment plans based on the policies of the Indian government.
Masayoshi Son, chairman of Softbank Japan have announced plans to invest USD 20billion for India solar market
and India government is also announce will invest hundreds of billions of Inida
Rupees budget for low-income Indian people of about 300 billion people
who do not receive electricity service from the rural areas.
