Korea has extend more 5 years incentive for solar RPS system

Korea has RPS incentive system for solar and wind power since 2011 by former president Mr. Lee
this year new president Mr. Moon has extend more 5 years incentive for RPS from 15 years total 20 years possible RPS incentive

  
Korea RPS has two incentive system
first is SMP cost, any solar farm in Korea can sale his electricity to Kepco (http://home.kepco.co.kr/kepco/main.do)
by Kepco electric power net work by market price from Korea electric exchange market

the other incentive is REC system, if who have sale his electricity from his solar or wind farm will get REC point from government agency 
this REC point also can sale to major electric power supply company in Korea
by long term contract with them or in spot market of REC 
this major electric power supply company must to purchase RPS point depend on their electric produce volume

SMP price will change according to market currently about 80-85KRW/Kw
REC price is also change depend on situation the last time Nov. of this year
REC sport market price is 115-125KRW/Kw
REC point possible sale 15 years but this year new government has extens more 5 years
total 20 years for promotion more solar and wind power
