China to cut 15% of PV solar FiT subsidy by 2018

The Chinese government's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) says it will reduce its PV solar FiT subsidy by about 15% in 2018
China is divided into three regions according to the solar resources, and in the case of large-scale solar power plants, the subsidies according to the regions

no 1 area is CNY0.55/Kw(USD 0.0825), no 2 area is CNY0.65/Kw(USD 0.0975) & no 3 area is CNY 0.75/Kw(USD 0.1125)
Rural solar FiT subsidies, which aim to offset the income disparity between urban and rural areas, will maintain CNY0.42/Kw same as this year

By the third quarter of this year, the PV solar plant installed in China will be about 43 Gwh, which will reach 54Gwh by the end of the year
this is an increase of nearly 50% compared to the installation of 34.5Gwh solar power plant in 2016

The total cumulative facility capacity is expected to reach 77.8 Gwh by 2016, and 132.3 Gwh by adding 54 Gwh in 2017
The new subsidy rate announced this time will apply from January next year
