to KNREC statistics, we have released finalized statistics on
renewable energy in 2016
2016, the total Korea domestic power generation capacity is 561,825GW and the PV power generation capacity is 5,122GW.It was 0.91% less than 1%Even if we add wind power capacity (1,683GW), the total is 6,805GW, 1.2%, which is just over 1%.

a matter of fact, except for hydroelectricity, it is not enough to
say that any part is meaningful. The inclusion of hydroelectric power
will give a plausible figure of 7.24% of total power output
In
2016, about 909Mw of PV solar power generation facilities have
increased, and the total installed capacity of solar photovoltaics in
Korea has been 4.502Mwh
