mini solar power plant in Seoul, Korea

Seoul is a big city where about 10 million people live
Last year, the electricity used by Seoul City in 2016 was about 46TW
most of these electricity are developed at rural power plants in addition to Seoul, and then are transmitted to Seoul via ultra-high voltage grid
nuclear power plants account for about 30% of total power production in Korea
Seoul's electricity self-sufficiency rate is less than 5%
more nuclear power plants and more coal power plants are needed to cover the growing power consumption

The grid of electrical power supply will also become larger and require more higher voltage for more efficient transmission
we need this change now, even if it's a small change.
Seoul Citizens If someone wants to install a mini solar power plant in their house window, the Seoul Metropolitan Government subsidizes up to 70% of the total amount
so far, about 30,000 houses have installed mini solar systems
over the next five years, a mini solar power plant will be added to one million homes
this is a small change, but it is also the starting point for a very big change
Big change is a set of very small changes
